After setting up your Manpack and completing your initial purchase, your first shipment will arrive shortly. Future manpacks will arrive at 3 month intervals, and you can modify your order at any time.
You are billed when the initial order is placed, for the total amount seen during checkout. That same amount will be billed just prior to future shipments, at 3 month intervals. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, and you can cancel at any time.

Yes. Email us at orders@manpacks.com and we will change your order, effective upon your next shipment. Substitute any items of equal value, anytime.
Within 30 days of your order if you wish to return unused, unwashed items, email returns@manpacks.com with your order number, the items to be returned, and the reason for the return. You will receive instructions and a return authorization number to print and include with your return. Refunds are issued upon receipt of returned items in the form of original payment.
