New Product: Q5 Labs Joint Armor
Works good. Tastes bad.
Many product samples arrive at Manpacks HQ boasting of their amazing attributes, and how they’ll make our awesome customers look, feel, and/or smell better. And then Q5 Labs’ Joint Armor showed up and…well, read for yourself:
“Slack-jawed sissie hipsters need not apply, this joint support formula is only for real men with real joint pain. And the reason it works so well is the same reason it smells so bad.”
Are you excited yet? BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE!
“If you like the idea of licking the bait shack floor, you’re going to love the taste of Joint Armor!”
Woohoo! I know I’m stoked. Luckily, Q5 Labs was nice enough to pass along the secret [stinky] ingredient is “Perna canaliculus, an edible shellfish from New Zealand…amazingly rich in amino acids, polypeptides, naturally chelated minerals, fatty acids, vitamins, and glycosaminoglycans including chondroitin sulfates and hyluronic acid.”
The payoff for enduring Q5 Labs’ stinky tablet is that all these aromatic goodies work together to “support joint lubrication and flexibility, reduce discomfort, and improve range of motion” for elbows, shoulders, knees, and hips you use and abuse at the gym, playing sports, or or maybe just feeling the wear and tear of a few more trips around the sun.
Being a sissy hipster myself, I haven’t tried it, but Ken, our co-founder, CEO, and always-in-physiotherapy-guy swears by it.
And yes, he says it tastes awful. But he also adds “this shit is the shit for athletes and active people no longer in their 20′s.”
